幹細胞治癒(?)分子生み出す

Stem cells pump out healing molecules

　Birth defects might be prevented by injecting stem-cell protein.
　An injection of embryonic stem cells into female mice saved their offspring from a lethal heart problem. The effect suggests that we might one day use certain proteins from stem cells to repair defective fetuses in the womb or even treat adult disease.

　先天的欠損症は、幹細胞のタンパク質を注入することで防げるかも知れない。
　胚幹細胞を雌のネズミに注入すると、その子孫は致命的な心臓の障害から免れる。その効果は、私たちはいつか幹細胞のあるタンパク質を使うことで、子宮内の欠損のある胎児を治療したり、あるいは成人の病気の治療にも使えるようになるかも知れない。
